Articling Program

Each year we hire one articling student.  There is no rotation system utilized.  We endeavour to ensure that our student is exposed to files in all areas of our practice.  Whenever possible, file are handed by our student from their inception through to billing.  We firmly believe in the importance of our student being exposed not only to the legal aspect but also the business aspect of a law practice.  We recognize our obligation to the Law Society and to each articling student to ensure that he or she receives a proper education in relation to the practical aspects of practising law.  By including our student in discussions relating to the strategy and carriage of files, it is hoped that our student will develop a practical approach to the resolution of clients’ problems.
