Mediation Services

Rick Brooks offers mediation services as a member of the Ottawa Mediator Roster for the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program.  Additionally, he offers mediation services privately for the resolution of disputes for those seeking remedies outside the court system.  Mr. Brooks has provided dispute resolution services in many areas including insurance claims, breach of contract, commercial issues, shareholder fights, construction disputes, personal injury claims and business issues.
